At TechU, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs that equip students with real-world skills and career opportunities. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our learning and placement commitments.

Training Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between TechU Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “TechU”) and the Student. By enrolling in any program, the student acknowledges and accepts these terms, making both parties mutually accountable for subsequent actions.
- General Terms
– Right of admission is solely reserved by TechU.
– Admission will be blocked only upon payment of the initial token fee.
– A Mutual Consent Agreement will be signed by both parties at the time of admission.
– A Training Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must also be signed and mutually agreed upon by the student.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Registration Charges of INR 5,000/- are included in the course fee and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
– Course Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
– If TechU cancels an event or training program, the student will receive a 100% refund (excluding taxes).
– If the student cancels 10 days or less before the training start date and has not attended any lectures:
* No refund will be provided.
* As a courtesy, TechU will allow the student to attend a future batch within six (6) months, subject to batch availability.
– TechU reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to:
* Insufficient enrollment
* Trainer unavailability
* Natural calamities, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances
– Training material and tool access will be provided only after full fee payment.
– Taxes are non-refundable under any refund scenario.
– Students must retain their payment receipts and documentation for future reference.
– No refunds shall be provided for discounted courses.
- Rights Reserved by the Institute
– TechU holds the right to cancel any admission even during the course if the student is involved in malpractice.
– TechU may deny service if a student is found:
* Violating company policies
* Sharing training material
* Misusing institute resources
– TechU reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and will be effective immediately.
- Job Assistance Regulations (Revised)
– 100% Job Assistance will be provided only to students who perform satisfactorily in the internal assessments/tests conducted by TechU.
– Eligibility for job assistance is based strictly on:
* Performance in technical tests
* Performance in assignments
* Completion of the mandatory internship (if applicable)
* Meeting the Corporate Standard defined by TechU
– Students who do not initially meet the required performance benchmarks but are willing to continue the program may proceed under a Mutual Consent Agreement.
– Such students may become eligible for 100% Job Assistance after:
* Demonstrating improvement in internal evaluations
* Clearing required assessments
* Successfully completing the internship
* Reaching the defined Corporate Standard through continuous training and performance monitoring
– Job assistance does not guarantee a job, but TechU will provide:
* Interview opportunities
* Resume preparation support
* Mock interviews
* Career counseling
* Company-specific preparation sessions
- Additional Conditions
– Sharing of training material, copyright violations, or any breach of confidentiality will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including termination of admission.
– TechU reserves the right to take legal action for any misuse of its brand, intellectual property, or training assets.
