1. Introduction
TechU provides professional training programs in Data Science, Full Stack Development, Flutter, UI/UX, and related domains. Our programs are designed to equip students with industry-ready skills, practical exposure, and career support.

2. Eligibility
Enrollment requires meeting the minimum academic criteria as specified for each program. Any graduate with a minimum of 65% or equivalent is eligible, unless otherwise stated.

3. Attendance
Students must maintain at least 85% attendance in live sessions, projects, and other learning activities. Active participation is mandatory for program completion and certification.

4. Assessments & Performance
Students must complete all modules, projects, assignments, and internship tasks. A minimum of 90% assessment completion is required to qualify for certification and career services.

5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior in all sessions and interactions. Misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of policies may result in termination from the program without refund.

6. Course Completion
All program modules, project-based tasks, and internships must be completed within the defined duration. Delays or incomplete tasks may affect eligibility for certification and placement assistance.

7. Career Support & Job Assistance
Career support includes mentorship, resume building, mock interviews, and job assistance opportunities. Job assistance/guarantee does not cover specific preferences for company, role, package, or location. Job assistance is conditional on successful program and internship completion with required performance.

8. Exclusions
TechU does not guarantee placement if eligibility requirements, performance benchmarks, or conduct standards are not met. Non-compliance with attendance or assessment requirements will void placement benefits.

9. Payment Terms
Fees must be paid in full as per the schedule. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Non-payment may result in denial of access to program resources.

10. Termination
TechU reserves the right to terminate enrollment if eligibility, performance, or conduct standards are not met. In such cases, no fees will be refunded.

11. Additional Provisions
Access to group sessions, mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentorship may vary by program. Certification, internship opportunities, and placement support are provided as per program type.

12. Agreement
By enrolling in a TechU program, candidates agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies mentioned above.

Additional Provisions

• Career mentorship and 1-on-1 guidance will be provided to support student growth.
• Mock tests, practice exams, and interview preparation sessions are included.
• Internship includes Exams, Experience Certificate, LOI & Offer Letter provided.
